Concerns and Complaints About Our Services

Melbourne Water seeks to provide excellent service. It is our aim to resolve concerns as soon as possible and to provide a robust and transparent complaints handling process.

If you have a concern please call our Inquiry Centre 131 722 or you can click here to make an inquiry online.

Your concern will be dealt with in line with our complaints handling procedure which does include the opportunity to escalate your concern to a more senior officer with Melbourne Water if you are dissatisfied with our response.

If you have concerns about our response, you can seek external resolution from the Energy and Water Ombudsman Victoria (EWOV), an industry funded free to the public complaint resolution service. EWOV has the power to investigate and resolve disputes between Victorian electricity, gas and water customers and their service providers.
